The GOP budget bill is a brutal attack on working-class Americans.
It guts mental health funding.
It slashes food aid for children and veterans.
It will result in deep cuts to Medicaid.
It shuts down rural hospitals and nursing homes. And it hands massive tax cuts to billionaires.
Millions could lose their health care.

The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (H.R. 1) would authorize a $5 Trillion increase in the federal debt ceiling. Your children and grandchildren will pay this bill with their future.
This would be the largest single debt ceiling hike in history, far surpassing previous increases (the 2021 increase was $2.5 trillion) .
Economists warn that tying such a massive jump to sweeping tax cuts and social-service cuts sets a dangerous precedent
